Essex Online is an ICT (Information and Communications Technology) provider brought together by RCCE (Rural Community Council of Essex) and established ICT provider Suffolk Online. Utilising the extensive experience in the ICT sector of Suffolk Online and RCCE’s knowledge of the Third Sector in Essex, our aim is to improve access to affordable and reliable ICT support and services to all Third Sector organisations in Essex. Essex Online is an ICT Service Provider that is able to offer a whole suite of services including broadband, email, web hosting, web design and ICT support.

Why take out a support package?
We know from experience in the field that many voluntary sector organisations currently have no form of formal IT support arranged and if they do, it is with often expensive commercial companies who don't understand the needs or budgets of the Third Sector. This can result in inefficiencies within your organisation or charity, possibly affecting the project you run or future bids that you may be going for.
Effective maintenance of systems, done on at least an annual basis will in the long term save your organisation money, and with budgets in the sector tighter than ever this becomes vital to long term viability. This is why a free annual health check is included on Silver and Gold packages.
An Essex Online annual support package will help you get the most out of your ICT equipment, and make best use of existing ICT budgets. It will help to improve efficiency within your organisation by improving reliability and quality of systems, ensuring they are fully maintained, and give you access to advice on ICT solutions to help organisational development and growth.
