The annual RCCE Village Halls & Community Buildings Conference will be held at Copford Village Hall, Colchester. This year the morning session will cover presentations on Employment issues from Jonathan Tozer of Attwells Solicitors; Insurance cover from Nicola Glading of Village Halls Plus Group and Youth provision and the mobile youth club from Steve Oldacre of Essex County Council.

There will a short presentation of Hallmark certificates after lunch and an opportunity to learn about RCCE Initiatives for halls. The afternoon will see Keith Derry from Essex Environment Trust and Beverly Davies from the Community Initiatives Fund giving presentations on funding for hall projects.
