Ashlyns Organics Ltd, in partnership with the Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE), have been granted funding from the Big Lottery Fund to launch an exciting new project that will work with children and their carers from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout Essex and North London, aiming to develop skills in cookery, nutrition, numeracy and literacy through running cookery courses.

This post will develop and deliver practical cookery training sessions for groups of adults and children and work with schools to continue the work of the project. Candidates will be professionally trained, experienced chefs with a flair for training.

Based at the Training Kitchen of Ashlyns Organics at High Laver Hall near Ongar, Essex but will require travel throughout Essex and North London.
