This expanding charity supporting rural community development in Essex is looking for an experienced manager based at RCCE offices in Feering to take on the full-time, day-to-day responsibility for its financial management, HR and office support functions.

The post holder will be involved in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and funding bids, the development of a long-term funding strategy, and the administration of employment and HR policies.

This role requires the management of budgets, a good understanding and usage of ICT systems, experience of accounting packages, and of employment, HR and premises management issues.

Essential qualifications are practical experience of financial and administrative management; an accounting qualification would be an advantage.
