For many people living in rural areas on low or modest incomes finding a home locally that they can afford is becoming increasingly difficult.
As the Rural Housing Enabler, it’s my job to help to get small developments of affordable housing built where they are needed so that local people can remain living in their village.
By working with the parish council, local people, housing associations, landowners and district councils but not being employed by any one of them I can play an impartial role.
