An Energy Efficiency Audit is your first step to saving you money!
RCCE offers new Energy Efficiency Audit Service
The Rural Community Council of Essex recently launched a new energy efficiency initiative for owners and occupiers of village halls and community buildings. This new service will help committees identify areas of maximum energy savings in order to cut your costs and reduce the carbon emissions of your hall.
In these days of high fuel costs, hall committees are spending a high proportion of their income on fuel and electricity. The Energy Efficiency Adviser will be available to undertake a hall survey, an analysis of current energy use identifying areas where sometimes simple actions can be taken to ensure energy savings, a full report providing recommendations for improvements giving cost savings and ideas on where to seek funding for energy efficient measures.
The report will give ideas on where to find funding for the energy efficiency measures you wish to install and it will also serve as evidence of need when making funding applications to grant making organisations.
Costs
This service is open to non-members of the RCCE Village Hall and Community Building Service, however members will receive a discount:
- Members £250
- Non-members £280
