should be of interest to those either working on projects for example
neighbourhood plans or thinking about new initiatives. It will be a mixture of
presentations, networking and workshops, with lunch and refreshments provided.

and close to Wickham Bishop’s new affordable housing scheme.
delighted to say that that we will have a presentation from Great Dunmow’s town
clerk – Caroline Fuller. Great Dunmow are one of the first to have completed a
neighbourhood plan in Essex. Caroline will be coming along to share her
experience of the process.
are also very lucky to have Cllr Bryan Panton from Lavenham who will also be speaking
at the event and with us for the day. Bryan is a parish councillor who was
involved in Lavenham’s neighbourhood plan and now also involved in the
subsequent Community Led Housing Project – a community land trust. This is a
great opportunity to hear about Lavenham’s experience and learn more about a
Community Led Housing project from a parish’s perspective.
