Marks Tey Parish Council offers a variety of hiring opportunities. Main Hall: capacity 120 people with stage and full-size kitchen. Recreation Hall: capacity 150 people and full-size kitchen. Portable stage available on request. Small Hall: capacity 50 people with small kitchen. Council Room: capacity 12 people around Board Room table with further seating for 10 people. Tables and chairs included. Ample free parking.

| Outdoor Facilities: | The Halls are surrounded by 13 acres of open space with community facilities of children's playground, basketball court, skatepark and use of community goalposts. There are tables and chairs situated around the community area for public use. There is ample free parking in front of the Halls, including disabled parking spaces, and bicycle racks. Hirers are able to use the space for bouncy castles. |
