| Inside Facilities: | Main Hall: 250 chairs, 20 6ft tables, 12 round tables, spot lights with dimmer facility, P.A system and audio loop for hearing aid. Bar facilities can be arranged. Charges from 1st Jan 2020: Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm £14 per hour, 6pm – 11pm £21 per hour. Friday 8am – 6pm £14 per hour, 6pm – 11pm £145 per session or £21 per hour. Saturday 8am – 6pm £16.50 per hour, 6pm – 11pm £220 per session or £330 full day (including use of Committee Room). Sunday 8am – 6pm £14 per hour, 6pm – 11pm £21 per hour or £220 full day. Committee Room: £7 per hour. For enquiries or to obtain a firm booking, contact Sue Clapham on 01277 822421. A “damage” deposit of £50 for bookings ending before 6pm and £150 for other bookings. A non returnable deposit of 25% is required; the balance of 75% is payable one calendar month before the event. EXTENSIONS : £75.00 per hour (from 11pm-12midnight) COMMERCIAL RATE : Normal rate plus 50%. (Including Public Entertainment Events) |
