FIGHTING RURAL CRIME

Admission to this event is free to all.

 

The new Essex Police Rural Crime Strategy will be launched on Thursday 16th November.

From 1pm the event ‘Fighting Rural Crime’ will be open to the public

 

There will be a number of information stands, which will include:
Environment Agency, National Farmers Union, Essex Agricultural Society, Community Agents, Diocese of Chelmsford, Rural Community Council of Essex.

There will be a demonstration of the Essex Police Drones (weather permitting) and an opportunity to meet the new countywide Essex Police Gypsy Traveller and Rural Engagement Team, and to find out about how Essex Police will work to address issues in rural areas. 

 

The event will take place at Stow Maries World War 1 Aerodrome and all visitors will have an opportunity to have a look around this historic site, including access to the museum area.
