RCCE would like to invite you to attend the Village Halls &
Community Buildings Conference on SATURDAY 10th OCTOBER
from 9.30am to 3pm at Galleywood Heritage Centre, Chelmsford.
Managers, trustees, parish councillors and others interested in the management of village halls and community buildings are invited to attend this year's conference which is being held at Galleywood Heritage Centre, Margaretting Road, Chelmsford.
The conference provides a great opportunity to meet trustees from halls across Essex, share experiences, increase your knowledge and network with presenters, contractors, RCCE staff and hall representatives!
RCCE has invited a representative from the Pensions Regulator to give a talk on the auto-enrolment of staff into pension schemes; a topic which may affect halls who directly employ staff. Other presentations will be given by Superfast Essex broadband, Utility Aid - an energy switching company working in partnership with RCCE, Allied Westminster Insurance, Inkpen Downie Architects, Safeguarding and DBS checks, and the Essex Boys & Girls Clubs explaining how their organisation can help your hall provide youth, sports and uniform clubs.
The conference runs from 9.30am to 3pm with lunch provided.
