Salcott cum Virley Village Hall - Colchester District
The Hall is the former village school, and has an outside patio area adjacent to the village playing field, which has a children's play area. The Hall has been recently refurbished and can seat around 50 people at tables, more theatre-style. There is a ramp for access and a toilet for people with disabilities, with baby-changing facilities. The hire charge includes heating, lighting, the use of tables and chairs and the kitchen, including crockery and cutlery. There is on-road parking adjacent to the Hall. The Hall is equipped with free full-fibre (300 Mbps) broadband. It has a wall-mounted screen and a projector is available by arrangement.
