More than 80 members, supporters and guests attended the RCCE Annual General Meeting at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre on 8th July, celebrating the achievements of rural communities across Essex. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Essex Village of the Year and Rural Community Awards by HM Lord-Lieutenant of Essex, Jennifer Tolhurst.
