Due to increased demand Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE) is recruiting for a Community Agent to work in the Tendring District. This is a permanent part-time, home-based role, with flexibility around hour/days worked.
Community Agents support adults, especially older people and their informal carers, to enable them to remain living in independently. The role involves visiting people in their own homes – on an appointment system – and explaining the help and support that is available to meet their individual needs. It is not a personal caring role.
