Local Access Forum

RCCE provides secretarial and co-ordination services to the Essex Local Access Forum.
Initially set up by Essex County Council, the Essex Local Access Forum (ELAF) is an independent body that advises the County Council on a variety of issues from how to make the countryside more accessible and enjoyable for everyone to looking at the needs of landowners and nature conservation.
