    A new affordable Rural Housing Scheme From Hastoe Housing Association in Messing

    New Affordable Housing Opens in Messing

    A new affordable housing scheme was officially opened recently in Messing.

    It was a lovely autumnal day when the Rt Hon. Priti Patel officially opended Hastoe Housing Association's latest affordable rural housing scheme in Messing on the 11th November.

    Winter 2016 Neighbourhood Planning Coffee Mornings

    RCCE is holding two coffee mornings, in different parts of the county, to encourage all parishes that are considering undertaking a Neighbourhood Plan or those already in progress with a Plan to come along and talk about the process.

    Wednesday 16th November 2016, 10am to 12 noon, at Felsted Memorial Hall, Braintree Road, Felsted, CM6 3DS.

     

    Friday 16th December 2016, 10am to 12 noon, at Langford and Ulting Village Hall, Maldon Road, Langford CM9 4SS.

    Essex Rural Partnership celebrating 'Respecting our past, Embracing our future'

    Following our Rural Strategy Launch this year the ERP were joined by Cllr John Jowers, our Chairman Simon Walsh and Vice Chairman Canon John Brown for the planting of our pledge tree.

    Calcott Hall Farm Cafe Launch

    On 11th October the Calcott Hall Farm Cafe was officially opened by Cllr Noelle Hones, Mayor of Brentwood and Nick Charrington, Chairman of Rural Community Council of Essex.

    The project was completed thanks to a grant of £86,000 from the LEADER programme which is managed by a small team at RCCE.
