This competition looks to recognise and reward churchyards in Essex that are well-managed, providing a peaceful haven for both humans and animals. We encourage entries from churchyards of all denominations.
The competition in 2017 is once again kindly sponsored by Lodge and Sons (Builders) of Stebbing and Essex Biodiversity Project.
Please note that whilst it is not essential to have a management plan in order to enter the competition, there are some marks allotted to this, and so having even a basic management plan will help to improve your score.
