The Essex Honours Panel has been working with HM Lord- Lieutenant of Essex, Jennifer Tolhurst, who is spearheading an initiative to reach out to as many people as possible in Essex in order to be able to recognise those that have gone above and beyond not only during COVID-19 but also in everyday life.
